item hasn't arrived yet, so early days. went to store as featured on T.V. a sale was offered. if another store was featured on T.V. would have gone there so campaign obviously worked. lot of money for bed but I suppose a good night sleep is essential. staff at Cambridge first class can't fault. why do you boffins recommend changing mattress every 7-8 years, my parents have had theirs for 20 years or more nothing wrong with their posture. look forward for some medical evidence

Was under the impression from the advertising that we could get it on 0% Apr over 24 months. But in-store was told they'd need a 20%! Deposit.

Attitude is the staff (we'd visited John Lewis the day before where the staff were really helpful and knowledge).

Advised we could change delivery if required, when we tried to do this 3 days later, 2 days before delivery, told that new delivery would be end of march as the item would no longer be in stock.

It's to do with the stock only. I wish there was more choice in the lower range and some offers in the higher range.

The sales guy Kieran introduced himself but didn't pester us like other stores, when we did ask for assistance he was helpful, friendly & compassionate as we needed a bed for our son who has Asperger's. We ended up just buying a mattress for £500 + insurance. the only thing we were disappointed buy was the cost, but I suppose if you want quality you need to pat for it.

Staff were great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Selection of products good but price could of been better. I spent more than I had budgeted for but I hope the quality will be worth it and I will have many years use before having to change bed and materess again

There was too much visual display stimulation making it slightly over complicated and buying a mattress isn't the most exciting purchase in the world so after five minutes of being there looking at all the signs and promotional stuff I was ready to poke my own eyes out. The sales lady was however really helpful and eased the pain. I've yet to receive and try my purchase so can't really say more until it's delivered. But having had 18 months of spinal and heart surgery I hope it's worth the investment.
