I was satisfied, nothing specific come to mind. Always room for improvement.

There was a delay in getting my cup of tea 😉

The prices are for most beds way too high.

I was given two different staff when in the middle of making my payment. I was asked nicely to rate them for things such as offering drinks & thier friendliness. We were not offered a drink dispite it being a warm day. The first member of staff was friendly, but I felt I was rushed by him.

I had assistnce very quickly and good advice. The whole transaction was completed efficiently and without any complications.

I would like to see most expensive mattresses also on sale !

Main issue was the delivery time. Products were in stock but could not be delivered until 7 July at the earliest. I ordered on 18 June so this was a 3 week wait which seems excessive for self-assembly items that are in stock.

Only because I would like to have had it delivered sooner! Gemma in your Beehive Centre Branch, Cambridge which extremely helpful.

I was satisfied. I don't know what 'Highly Satisfied' would mean, but I assume it would be some kind of transcendental shopping experience the likes of which I have never known before. I have never had a shopping experience that I would describe as 'highly satisfying' (have you? Really?) and this was not the first. However it was perfectly satisfactory in all respects, including quickly and efficiently fixing the wrong order that was taken.

I was totally satisfied with the service I received and couldn't find any fault
