Sleeping in car park

The problem is not with Dreams. However the car parking experience was appalling. Took over an hour to leave the car park. Once home I realised that the dreams assistant failed to accurately document the delivery address in full. I was NOT allowed to amend the address over the phone, and was told I needed to re-visit the store. Then I was told by the manager that as the delivery date was too soon, I would have to phone the delivery people themselves “early tomorrow “. The two issues have put me off.

I thought that after spending £1200 on a mattress Dreams would have taken my old one away FOC. Also wanted a single mattress and would have liked a deal but got the vibes without asking I was not going to get one.I thought I might be offered a deal but nothing forthright so did not persue-shame. Excellent service.

The sales assistant was friendly but didn't really help me choose a mattress that was right for me, she just pointed out one other that I might be interested in. Was rather annoyed that I had to pay for my old mattress to be removed, cheaper competitors do this for free!

I'm not entirely sure the assistant really knew what was going on. I had to remind her of the offers she offered me, the details of sizes and she seemed overly surprises when I said I would like to buy the product.

Even with a promotion, I think the Dreams products are quite expensive.

Website shows item in stock and available for delivery within seven days. We went in store 3 days later and have to wait nearly 3weeks for delivery.

The item I bought was out of stock in store after being told it was out the back however saying this the sales man in questions quickly got on the phone found us the mattress we had bought and will have it in store 3 days later to pick up at our convenience
