The prices are higher than competitors

I found the products very expensive when you compare it to other places or online. Staff were very good and helpful/friendly

I wish there was another Hypnos bed to compare eith my purchsee. Store only had 2 options to try out. There was another bed i preferred store didnt have. So o ebded up paying £300 more than I wanted.

- The bedframes are too expensive - The bedframe models doesnt have double and kingsize in store to be compared - Could have more bedframe options/colors

My husband had hoped for a greater discount on the purchase of three expensive mattresses.

Friendly sales staff. Offered me a drink during ordering. Very happy with the free delivery service. Price very good.

There were only two colour choices for the sofa bed we chose. The Haze has been recommended within the top 8 sofa beds to buy in The Independant newspaper so it would be great to have more colour choice.

Had to come back to the store at a later date as item was out of stock. Was changed for an item i was told would be given to me for free (pillows)

Sales assistance didn’t want me to spread the cost on finance, I ended up having to pay the total up front
