Dreams - Cambridge

This is no reflection on the store. I would have liked to be able to but a more luxurious bed, I don't think buying a bed is a very interesting experience, so I couldn't say the whole thing was a wonderful experience, that's all!

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my shopping experience at Dreams and quite amazed at the early delivery time quoted,

Everything was fine, difficult to be highly satisfied for such a purchase.

Very attentive when arrived but got quite busy and understaffed so had to wait 10 minutes to actually make purchase

The store was clean and orderly and lots of help was immediately available

A bit of confusion was caused when we came in to purchase our mattress. We had been told that both mattresses we were considering (one Hypnos and one Dreams Insignia) were both hand made and and the same level of quality. When deciding to buy a Dreams brand mattress, I asked about the Hypnos mattress again, which was the one we had looked at. We were then told by a different member of staff that one was machine made and the other was hand made and that the Hypnos mattress was far better quality. As it was, we went for the better priced Dreams mattress but were disappointed and confused at receiving a different answer than we had originally been given. We had to go by price but wish we had been given the truth as now we aren't sure what to believe.

Great customer service

The delivery times were over 2 weeks for most of the mattresses I wanted. I had to choose a mattress that wasn't my first choice, in order to get it the following week.

As a default I never give 10/10 as there's always room for improvement. However, Vicky, our assistant was extremely helpful.

I required little assistance as had done lots of research. I didn't need the full range of sales staff expertise.
