I think they need more computers to place orders and more knowledge on the OTHER products sold other than beds. We looked at the sleep eze but it did not come with the smelly sachets!!! the staff were very helpful, but no sheets anymore.

I was served by Ross, very helpful and knowledgable, I wanted to buy one of my purchases as a present and he helped keep that from my partner, so not to ruin the surprise. Great experience, good team

On delivery my mattress the delivery men told me they are not able to take my mattress up stairs this was very difficult for me to do by myself because of the weight and size if I had notice that they were not able to do that I would of mad arangments to get help.

We have two small children who were with us on our visit. One is a crawler and his knees and hands were so unbelievably dirty from crawling on the floor. I understand people walk around with shoes and it’s a shop but even the the staff commented and apologised the floor was so so dirty.

Sometimes it was a bit confusing which items are available and suitable for me according to sleep simulator and also the proces were higher than expected from looking online at similar products.
