AS SOON AS I ENTERED THE STORE I WAS ASKED IF I NEEDED ASSISTANCE AND TAKEN IMMEDIATELY TO THE MATRESSES I WAS INTERESTED IN. I WAS GIVEN LOTS OF INFORMATION ABOUT MY OPTIONS AND GIVEN PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE MY DECISION. I WAS GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PREPARE MY MATTRESS IN A WELL VENTILATED ROOM PRIOR TO USE. THE EXTRA GUARANTEE WAS EXPLAINED TO ME AND I PURCHASED THE MATRESS PROTECTOR TO RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT ON OFFER. MY PURCHASE WAS CARRIED TO MY CAR FOR ME. THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR STORE.

Sales assistant was excellent, shop layout excellent, didn’t have the colour in store that I wanted but had a swatch, I thought the cost of assembly was slightly over the top as I had bought 3 beds tried for discount but only got £20 discount Overall though I was very satisfied

Due to fire in warehouse product was not avail until a months time. I realize this is outside Dreams control, but is the reason I marked the score as I did.

Staff not wearing face masks.

Social distancing made it difficult to have a proper conversation with your colleague and hence getting info from him

was hoping for more choice in the particular line i was shopping for

I was very satisfied with my Dream’s experience. The only down side was how long delivery is gonna take (a whole month). I had an amazing time in the store though and staff members were extremely helpful!

I have placed an order for a divan bed. Untill its delivery and I can see it in place, I cant give a 10 out of 10. Its a nine at the moment. Good service and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to the beds arrival.

No particular reason. It was a satisfactory trip. We knew what we wanted, so there was little opportunity for staff to excel.
