the salesperson gave us a very stress free experience choosing a bed. There was no pressure or hard sell, just good friendly advice, very good...

We did have to wait a it because there was only one salesman on and he was serving another customer but he still came over and spoke to us. We had chosen the bed we wanted but he helped us with our mattress purchase.

I was shown the bed I was looking for, having seen it on-line, I was then told the options and chose the more suitable for my needs. Then I asked about duvets and pillows, and again was shown them and chose the most appropriate. The assistant carried all the smaller items out to my car.

Found the salesman extremely knowledgeable on beds and all accessories couldnt wish for more help

It was a very stress free experience and the two gentlemen in charge of the store were very friendly. I was pleased with the short delivery time - 5 days, including a bank holiday.

Purchased the bed online. Purchased a mattress at Dreams, Cambridge - knew what we were looking for and our son was able to test the mattresses out for himself and select his purchase.
