Dreams - Cambridge

This was my first visit to the store on the Beehive Centre Cambridge. Previously I have had 2 if not 3 mattresses from your store when based in East Road Cambridge. Dreams immediately came to mind for this latest purchase as I had received good service from 'East Road'. I was impressed with your employee, Tim. He was knowledgeable & kind, taking care to advise me of the pros and cons of the various mattresses. I am very pleased with my purchase and would like to say a huge 'thank you' to Tim

We were served by Emma who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She quickly understood our needs and was able to relate to us based on her own experiences.

Although it was a busy wet bank holiday Monday, we were served immediately and Ruwi was very knowledgeable and able to ascertain our needs and requirements swiftly and effectively. He obviously knew his stock/products and was able to steer us through the assortment of mattresses to choose from and help us understand the various options and try them accordingly.

Your Staff member Emma, was very helpful with information, but was not in the least pushy. She gave us time to discuss our options and helped greatly with our decision an our order.

I was very pleased that the lovely assistant carried my mattress to my car for me as I would have been unable to do this on my own.

Service is good. Products are good. Price reasonable. Free parking. Flexibility in delivery. Even allow to change order within 48 hours of placing an order.

I was able to find a bed I was happy with, and order it with no stress or hassle thanks to the assistant who helped me. This was particularly important as the bed is needed urgently, and being told which beds were available soon and which were on a longer wait was vital.

The salesperson, Tim, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his best to answer our queries without being overbearing.

The service was great and friendly. we were even given a cup of tea which was great. any questions we had were answered.
