Met at the entrance by an assistant, explained what I was looking for assistant then showed us what part of the store to look in he kept a safe distance at all times did not try to sell us anything in particular but was available at al times to answer any questions. we was allowed to peacefully make up our own minds without any hard sell going on from the assistant, which I appreciated. Nothing annoys me more then constantly being harassed by an assistant to buy, this did not happen at Dreams yet our assistant was always on hand to offer assistance if needed. This is why I would be sure to go back in the future and to recommend to family and friends.

The lady that we had was amazing and met all of our needs that we needed and very welcoming from the moment we walked in

Ross made my experience at dreams easy. He was knowledgeable about your products and extremely helpful helping me choose a mattress. I went to another competitor store afterwards but I had pretty much made my mind up that I would return and buy through him after his help. The rep from your competitor wasn’t anywhere near in his class in helping me. Ross made the purchase process easy and it was not difficult based upon his advise what product was right for me.

The sales assistant (Mat) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the frames and mattresses. He listen to what we wanted and took time to guide us through the mattresses options. He wasn't pushy and me us feel very comfortable

Rob, the salesman, was very friendly and helpful. The showroom was very clean and had what we were looking for

Whole buying process very easy and pleasurable

Everything about this experience was made easy. I was met by a friendly member of staff who walked me through the process of purchasing a new mattress with limited delay, whilst providing me with options to suit my needs. It was very efficient

On entering store, Rob (salesman) explainedCOVID measures in place, from sanitiser to social distancing and one way system. Every bed we tried was sa nitised and we had paper towel to cover pillow.
