Dreams - Cambridge

Was not pounced on as soon as we entered the store, but was greeted with a smile and hello. After browsing for a while we were asked if we needed any help, or were we fine to continue to browse. We asked a few questions and were given sound responses and advise. We also was offered a tea or coffee (nice touch) so we didn't need to rush to make any decisions. All in all we found it to be a very relaxing shop enabling us to make what we feel was the right purchase after good advice and being able to try various types of mattresses. We would definitely recommend Dreams in Cambridge to any of our friends and tell them to ask for Tim.

Service was excellent, I was offered a variety of different beds. There were enough staff so that I was seen to within a minute of waiting.

Knowledgeable and friendly

My wife and I visited a Dreams shop at Cambridge very late evening just before closing time of the shop. We finally found right place to purchase a Tempur mattress and bed frame at the same time. The reason we went to the shop is that delivery time matters a lot to us. A gentleman, named Leo, kindly welcomed both of us and we asked him several questions regarding mattress and a bed frame. He knows very much about the difference between mattress types and we finally chose the one suitable for us. For a bed frame, we might take a look all of frames and as recommended by Leo, we also chose right one. We cannot be happier to get both a mattress and a frame at the same time. We are looking forward to getting them this Thursday and hoping to have back-painless soon :)

The guy we spoke to in the Cambridge (beehive centre) store was really helpful and friendly. He took his time to thouroughly go through the beds with us and really knew his stuff! Very impressed. And he ordered it all through for us on a date that suited us best.
