we where worried about going matress shopping as we hate feeling pressures into it and made to feel uncomfortable by the sales staff. This was not the case we where greated by Tim when we entered the store and knew where he was if we had any questions abd where allowed to try out the mattesses on our own and in our own time. If this wasnt the case we probably would have gone elsewhere.

Friendly service from the moment we stepped into the store. Helped us find what we were looking for with great service whilst purchasing our new sofa bed.

Gemma approached us with a big smile and a happy "can I help you". We were only out to browse and see if anything caught our eye. Her listening to our requirements, her knowledge of the available products and matching us all together was a first class experience. We had a laugh and came away with a new mattress, 2 quilts, 2 pillows, a mattress protector package and an excitement of getting our new mattress at last. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our work colleagues, family and friends.

Friendly staff, eager to help but not pushy. Good range of products in the type of mattress we were looking for.

Keiron who helped us was very patient and explained matters very well and clearly. Although Keiron is new to job he sought help when we asked anything he did not know. He avoided the mistake of pretending to know it all. The staff member who helped him with the paper work was also very pleasant and efficient. My only problem was with the information on the mattresses in which it seemed to indicate that the mattresses could not be turned end to end. The logo for this seems misleading. But that is not a problem of your store and it might even be my problem.

The staft was very nice and helful. She was very friendly with mine children's and help them choose the bed of their dream.
