Dreams - Cambridge

Emma was brilliant. She was extremely helpful without being irritating or pushy. She took time to listen to our preferences and help us work out what products and specifications we wanted. She was supportive with her knowledge when we didn't know what we were doing, but didn't bombard us with information that wasn't relevant for us. She was friendly but not over-familiar and was very understanding of our needs as we had our 2 year old daughter with us during our visit. My husband and I actually remarked to each other on leaving the store how positive she had made the experience for us.

Gemma in the Cambridge store was excellent. She should be commended for her sales technique and friendly personality.

Kieran was very helpful. I was buying a bed for our 14 year old son and Kieran showed James all the different options of mattresses. He lent James a proper pillow to give him a better idea of comfort. When James had chosen his mattress Kieron doble checked with him before placing the order and he then went through the various drawer options and colour of the base of the bed. I was just buying a new mattress for James as his one had collapsed but Kieron suggested we got a new base as well, without being pushy, and showed James the various options of bases and recommended one for James as he does all his reading, homework etc. which was more solid yet not too expensive.

Emma was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I wasn't rushed and was encouraged to try products. I was offered a hot drink which I enjoyed very much.

Gemma was very friendly and we felt like valued customers. Jet and Chas would have enjoy coming with us if we had thought to bring them.

Vicky and Emma were excellent and very knowledgable about the products and meeting our specific needs.

Keiran was very helpful and knew all about the beds and advised us on which to choose . He made us drinks while we decided and described the methods of payment in a very efficient manner. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.
