Dreams - Cambridge

The most important aspect of our visit was the helpfulness and politeness of the assistant, Tim. One of us called in earlier in the week with a few questions, when he was efficient and knowledgeable, and so we should have been disappointed if he hadn't been free to serve us yesterday. Luckily he was available. Our questions were taken seriously, information was forthcoming, and the purchase of our new bed, an expensive item, was taken very seriously by Tim. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. The coffee and hot chocolate were both good, the time available to us was as long as we would have needed. The other assistant we spoke to briefly, I believe her name was Em, or maybe Emma, was also very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely friendly, efficient service and quick to complete order. Good deal with a price match.

Both my sister and i were greeted at thestore entrance by emma the store manager she was very helpful and reasuring during our visit as our previous visit left something to be disired and to be honest i was scared to entre the shop again emma made this visit much easier and i overcame my fears we both feel that if emma hadnt have been in to help us on this occasion we wudnt been able to go into the store again this visit wasarranged over the phone with emma so i felt more settled about entering the store many thanks to emma the store manager at cambridge

the staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered us coffee while we browsed. the item I wanted was on display and available to order.unfortunatly delivery was 2 weeks.(I would have liked it sooner).

Had such a lovely time. Emma at the Beehive Centre in cambridge was so friendly and funny, we instantly got on with me and my husband. So helpful, not pushy, very informative, didn't use over complicated sales language, got me a cup of tea, answered all our questions. So pleased the finance options is interested free. Our budget was £300 so she showed us the appropriate mattresses in our price range. It ended up that we bought a tempur mattress which we are so pleased with. She had no say in this apart from being helpful. She didn't sell it to us, we were just so relaxed and ended up talking and deciding we needed a good quality mattress. Left the store so pleased and smiling. So excited to get out mattress delivered.

Emma was great!

Kieran helped me and my mother who is very unwell with cancer at the moment find the best bed to suit her medical problems. He was so patient and nice with us and he offered us drinks. I felt really comfortable and so did my mother. Kieran and Tim were both very friendly people. Such a nice experience and not stressful at all when there are nice people who are happy to help. Service with a smile! Thank you guys.
