Cambridge store assistant Kieran was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient while I made my choice. He even brought me a feather pillow to try with the pillow on the display bed to match what I sleep with at home. Really positive experience as this was a big purchase for me; I didn't feel at all rushed or coerced into buying the bed and mattress until I'd made a decision in my own time. Happily bought a mattress protector too, as recommended by Kieran. Thank you 🙂

The staff were knowlegable and friendly. We did not feel under any pressure to buy, and were given time to try different beds. My husband was determined NOT to buy a new bed, but was won over by the service provided.

The staff were lovely. I just moved am sleeping on a mattress on the floor or a sofa. Im shattered. They were so nice, offered me a drink and were so friendly .

Kieran WAS HELPFUL , INFORMED AND VERY PATIENT DESPITE BEING VERY BUSY ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND ME BEING ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENERGETIC 2 YEAR OLD AND A BABY THAT ALSO NEEDED MY ATTENTION.

Tim was really helpful and knowledgeable, he was on hand for questions but not in our faces so we could chat to him or among ourselves.
