Dreams - Cambridge

Vicky (who served us at Cambridge behive centre store on Sunday 7th May 17) made the whole experience so effortless. The thing that stood out the most is she had the perfect level of customer service/approach. She was friendly and welcoming but didn't pester us/make us feel forced into buying (What we would describe as the 'telephone salesman'). Once we explained to her what we were looking for she was very informative. We told her our budget as she sourced all of the items within our budget not trying to push us higher. She was also very friendly and just generally made the whole experience easy for us. The other two colleagues in the store were also very friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and tidy and organised well. We will definitely be returning when we need to buy related items. Thanks Dreams!

I was satisfied with the entire process from buying, financing and delivery.

The young assistant, Gemma, was very polite and remembered me from the previous visit I had done the day before, and even remembered which mattresses we had looked at.

Gemma was very helpful, I didn't feel rushed, she gave me time and helped me choose the right mattress.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by Vicky whom helped find me a deal right away. No issues and a pretty fair price.

On entering the store, (Cambridge Beehive centre) we were greeted with a smile and acknowledged as customers by Gemma. We were looking at the ‘Florida’ range of bedroom furniture, when Gemma came over and offered her assistants. She answered the queries that I had about possible assembly problems due to ceiling heights. And discussed practicality of the storage areas. It was also no problem when I asked if I could measure the display, to insure it will fit into bedroom we had in mind. We decided that we would order some units from the ‘Florida’ range. Again with the help from Gemma, we moved on to selecting a mattress, trying them out was no problem. And the advice that Gemma gave was invaluable, (internet reviews and star ratings are okay for some but you can’t beat a try out and a face to face discussion). So with the furniture, mattress and pillows selected. We placed the order, and a full breakdown of each item on the order was explained. Along with the delivery time scales. The experience was professional with some light hearted chit-chat.

All the staff were very friendly and when they didn't know the answer to my questions they quicly found out.

The assistant came over to see what our needs were and then guided us to several options and then left us to choose at our own pace. we did not feel pressured and when we were ready the purchase was a painless procedure, top marks to your Cambridge Team.
