The lady in the shop was amazing. Attentive, asked me lots of questions, gave me options, tried her utmost to find out what was right for me and was professional yet kind. I left feeling as if I had bought the bed I wanted at a great price. Thank you.

Anthony understood our needs in terms of comfort as well as budget and advised us of a range of availability, but made it clear that it was entirely our decision and did not try to push us to make a sale.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable, we were not rushed or harassed, a good experience even if we spent a lot of money!

Very professional and had a choice of items that fitted our needs. I found our salesman Tim very helpful, he was far less pushy than other stores we had been in. He stood off until we needed help and then helped us through the choice process which I thought was excellent. He also gave us time on our own to discuss the choice, rather than looking over our shoulder the whole time.

Gemma was a really good sales assistant. So good that I never intended to buy a bed that day. I now strongly regret it as The Cambridge Bed Centre on Mill Road was offering a far superior bed and mattress for only £50 more. I wish I could cancel this sale.

Unlike most shops these days , we were greeted as we entered the store. The assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and took us straight to the item we were looking for. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of needing the beds, the sales assistant worked hard to get us the earliest delivery date as possible. Overall very pleased as at this difficult time my family are going through he made it easy and Hassel free and since visiting we hsve strongly recommended the Cambridge store to other family members. I honestly would say that dreams was never really my.first thought as always felt you where a little more expensive then others but for the service i would defeintly think of you first , next time .

Staff were very helpful and offered us a drink too which was a nice touch.

The staff that had assisted me was very attentive and aided me in choosing the right mattress.

We have been approached by one store assitant. She explained to us the different matteresses. Also when we explained our need she pointed us to a mattress which was not the priciest in our shortlist, meaning our satisfaction was in her mind not the sale value...after we chose the mattress, the whole ordering went very smooth.. very satisified with the customer service..
