Dreams - Cambridge

On entering the stall we had the opportunity to browse before we were asked if we needed assistance. We both like this non pressured approach. We then told the assistant exactly what we were after and she proceeded to explain the different beds that would meet our criteria. We were offered our own pillow and hot drinks which were given in a mug as opposed to a disposable cup. She then allowed us to try the different beds and gave us plenty of time to check their suitability. She then would "check in" with us to see if we needed any more help. The whole experience was supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I only wanted a pair of pillows so needed advice. Gemma and Vicky were very helpful and seemed really authentic and genuinely wanted to help me find the right pillows for me.

Very pleased with the experience, Gem was helpful when asked and not pushy like some of the other shops we visited. It made us feel much more relaxed.

Able to park immediately outside shop in pouring rain! Assistant welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, all with a smile. Positive but not overbearing in her approach.

We were given time to browse then the store assistant responded to our eye contact when we were ready.

A lovely friendly experience, as always when i visit Dreams.
