Dreams - Cambridge

There were three members of staff involved in my purchase. A young lad on his first day, a young man who was really supportive of the trainee and a woman at the till. I bought the mattress despite it being more expensive than I hoped to pay mainly because your staff in the Cambridge branch were so friendly helpful and kind. The shop had a really good vibe and I found it uplifting to see people working together so well and taking pride in their work. Thanks.

Colleague recognised as soon as I entered the store that I was not looking forward to the task of buying mattresses and completely transformed the experience with a knowledgeable and professional approach to find out my needs and make selection easy.
