Edward at the Cambridge store was incredibly knowledgeable of the Tempur line, friendly and happy to assist us with our choice. He was patient and allowed us time to fully discuss our options and come to a decision with no pressure. The store was clean and tidy and social distancing and hygiene were acknowledged making our experience a comfortable one. We shopped with Dreams for our previous mattress and will no doubt be back again!

We were met at the door by an assistant. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us decide on the best mattress for us. We didn’t feel rushed and he spent a lot of time talking to us. We ordered a mattress and were delighted that it will be delivered in just over a week.

Rob who approached me on entering was very welcoming, not pushy and took me to what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable and had a great customer service. Was offered a bottle of water multiple times due to it being a very hot day. Was very honest at value for money and was able to help make the decision on what was best for me. Ordering the mattress with Rob was quick and easy with full explanation of guarantee and delivery. Couldn’t fault his customer service.

Nafisa was very helpful and polite, taking us through the Sleepmatch process and recommending what mattresses we should try. When it came to ordering she was very helpful and the process was very quick and easy.
