Dreams - Cambridge

we first visited the cambridge store in early Dec 2017 prior to moving home to check out if you had what we needed and was helped a great deal by Vicky who helped us sort out what we were looking for and had fantastic knowledge of all the products.When we finally moved 27/02/18 we were ready to place an order in store and pinned down Vicky again as she was so helpful and we had found our original requirements had changed and she was again able to provide us with what we needed right down to a delivery date that was acceptable all round our experience was really stress free as Vicky and her knowledge helped guide us through.

Brook was everso knowledgeable. Friendly. Tje manager and male colleague were great. Pit us at ease, nothing was to much trouble

I went into the store in Cambridge to purchase a mattress and pillows. Emma took the time to understand my needs and explain the options available to me, along with how the colour coding system works. She then left me in peace to try out the selected mattresses, returning to check I was ok. I eventually chose to buy the mattress online (through Dreams), as I use the Easyfundraising APP, which gives a donation to Riding for the disabled (my chosen charity). When I explained this to Emma, her level of service remained the same and I went on to purchase two pillows, as part of my visit. I was also offered a coffee early on in my visit and then again at the end (in case I wanted to take away with me - a nice touch!) I am in the customer service sector myself, so appreciate just the right level of service, tailored to the needs of the customer - well done Emma!!

Assistant very friendly, listened to my dads needs, was very knowledgeable and helpful and continually made sure my dad was happy. Very patient with him too and genuinely wanted to make sure he got the right bed for him.

Staff were knowledgeable , helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice and pleasant atmosphere.

We found the store had an excellent choice available and the staff were readily available for help and advice. Also whilst completing the order we were offered and accepted a cup of coffee.

I purchased various ex display bedding and regardless of the amount I spent I was still offered a drink and had excellent customer service from Vicky
