The manager greeted us when walking around store asked what we wanted and showed us. Left us along to make our minds up then went to her to inform her of the chosen bed. Was offered a drink very helpful and quick not pressured to purchase things we didn't wont.

Very helpful sales person to point in direction of what we wanted all sorted out and ordered all in good time

Prompt courteous and helpful Vicky plus I bought from you 4 years ago so did not need a visit all excellently done on the telephone.I am very keen to recieve the goods on 29th August as will be an updated version Sealy that I have though a much needed size up,I have a Dreams Superking we had 16 years ago but I lost my husband in January so now too big and in a double Sealy, the King will be perfect.

Lots of products to choose from. Staff knowledgable and friendly and good prices.

Vincent was very attentive but not pushy. He had great product knowledge and quickly had a grasp of what our needs were. We thought he was exceptional and made the whole bed buying experience a pleasure.

All staff members were friendly and asked us if we need help. They left us to make our own decisions which was nice not to be hassled. Good range of beds and good prices with good finance options which helped us.

Alice from the Bury St Edmunds branch gave excellent customer service. Had a good laugh but stayed very professional. Highly recommend

I received a friendly greeting on entering the store, after brief discussion as to what my requirements were i was then asked to lie on this bed to ascertain what type of mattress I would require. Ross then came back when the test had run its course and he asked me if I got hot in bed to which I replied in the affirmative, which helped him narrow down the choices made during the test. He asked me at that point if I would like some water, I declined , and I then tried the three mattresses that he thought would be suitable. He gave me a firm pillow because I do sometimes have trouble with my shoulder and also as I generally go to sleep on my back I sometimes get my neck in the wrong position and this can cause a slight problem with my balance. I made my choice of mattress and then I had to choose a frame I was then asked again if I would like some water which I accepted< I then made my choice of frame and then proceeded to do all the paperwork.A time for delivery was agreed to my satisfaction.
