Member of staff was very knowledgeable but not forceful with sales. Friendly and understand of our requirements.

The sales person, Edward was really good. he understood our needs and was even willing to have a bit of banter with us. we where shopping for my son and he really appreciated the mattress tester. we were shown a good selection and believe we found the best mattress and frame. the bed fame is just what he wanted even if we joked about the leather options.

I had no intention of buying anything, but was just wanting to look as I had thought about swapping my mattress for a while, and Edward helped me find the perfect one. Great product knowledge and took the time to explain things, show us round looking at various priced mattresses. Overall very helpful.

The staff member was very professional and got the balance of being helpful and allowing me to make my mind up perfectly

Customer Service from Edward and his helpfulness was top rate. He was both friendly but also left us alone periodically to make our own judgments and discussions. He had good knowledge of all items.

From the moment we entered the store we were given great advice which helped us to look at mattresses suited to us without us having to waste time.Matt the salesman was very informative without being pushy.He directed us to the most suitable products as requested by us and gave us time to try out .He took our order and even made us a cup of tea .The other staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this store for anyone like us that were really bewildered by the difficult choice of finding a new mattress from the vast amount of choices out there .

the sales rep took the time to talk to us and also kept our daughter (aged 6) busy while we were able to go through the sleep analysis program. He was very knowledgeable and helped select the best options, and also demonstrated his knowledge of health issues with sleeping problems, as well as suggestions to aid in sleeping better. he also recruited my daughter to assist with cleaning spraying the beds which she loved as it made her feel part of the process, not just a kid in the way like we experienced at Bensons.. Highly Recommend the salesman and the team at large for helping us.

Store was spacious and quiet. Staff were immediately available and helpful, did not try to oversell. Selection of good s was massive.

The store is very well laid out. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. The assistant understood our need for a Tempura mattress to replace our old one. He took us to the layout of Tempura mattresses immediately and explained the difference between those that are soft and those that are hard and normal. He allowed us to lie on the bed to test it. He explained the different options available when ordering. He gave us plenty of time. Everything was well done.
