Very good testing station helped a lot

We were greeted quickly and offers assistance. We liked the bed survey machine/scanner. We felt like we were able to shop with a bit more purpose. On previous bed shopping trips we had been unable to choose a bed and as a result, we did not buy one. It was easy to buy the bed and we felt like we had made an informed choice. Vicky was personable and sold without pressure.

Friendly and very helpful service from staff with good product knowledge. Spent plenty of time with us and answered all our questions.

The way to put it is that I could not really have hoped for better service or more patience in working through my needs. The whole co. procedure, e.g. 30 days to change the mattress if I find it too soft, all felt pretty perfect. Thank you.

The shop assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. He offered me coffee and provided an appropriate pillow so I could test out the mattresses. I came in looking for a mattress and got the help I needed to find what I was looking for.
