We have been to Dreams 3 times over last 2years and have all ways been very satisfied with the service. The staff have all ways been friendly. This is our third bed that we have bought from Dreams in the last 2 years. The service is outstanding, we can talk to the staff and feel very comfortable with them, also we have been able to have a bit off a laugh with them. We were also offered tea and coffee which we excepted

The "Sleepmatch" machine was a wonderful way to discover exactly what sort of mattress would be suitable. Ross, the assistant, was extremely attentive and helpful in his advice and observations.

The Sales Assistant we were served by (Oluwatobi) was excellent - highly knowledgeable, friendly, great with our kids (who were getting bored!) and extremely helpful. The store was quiet too which I am sure helped us feel relaxed whilst we were trying out a variety of mattresses.
