We were assisted by Luca. He was very knowledgeable and helped us figure out what we needed/wanted when we came in with little idea of what we wanted. Once we had decided on beds and mattresses we said we’d like to look elsewhere for comparison, Luca was great, we didn’t feel pressured to buy and we weren’t made to feel like we’d wasted his time. Our experience in another store was very different and we were soon back to place our order. The offers available were great and the advice we received was good too, all with a very nice Latte. Thank you. Luca made a trip to buy 2 beds with 3 children in tow easy and productive.

Assistant was available immediately and was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and polite

When entering the store we were not pounced on but when we asked for help the sales person was extremely helpful without being pushy. Her product knowledge was good and she understood immediately what our requirements were.

Complete knowledge of Matthew, our assistant, and his manner and relaxed approach with no over-selling or pushy sales talk. A welcome change from many shops.

The sales assistant was excellent- very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Mr Luca at bee hive centre Cambridge store was helpful but he showed me his inability to deliver before 10 th September due to delivery slot’s non availability. I think this needs to be looked at, waiting for more than a week for delivery is quite late
