Dreams - Cambridge

My partner and I went into the Cambridge retail park dreams on Tuesday 7 jan 2020 to purchase a new mattress. We was Greeted on arrival by staff member Tobi who took us to use the sleep match and then went through the options from the results. We was very friendly and keen to help us get what we set out to do. Offered refreshments and went through the finance agreement and product protection. She was very knowledgeable and always had a smile. I unfortunately had to go back the following day after I realised my partner and I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size mattress. Tobi and a colleague straight away sat me down and helped resolve the issue and got the mattress swapped Over to the correct size and amended the finance agreement. They were both extremely helpful and I felt very bad about my mistake but they were very professional and got the order rectified quickly. The service was fantastic, the team brilliant and all I can say is thank you and keep up the good work.

Tobi knew the products, showed me different products which could suit my needs. And made me a coffee.

The store was very well laid out, easy to find the item I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff offering advice but never pushy to get a sale. I came away feeling it had been a pleasurable experience and would be very happy to recommend to friends.

I was served by Cameron at the Cambridge branch. I sort of already knew what I wanted but I did have some questions that needed help/assistance. Cameron was very understanding of my needs and helped with the process of finding what I wanted which all met my criteria. He was very kind and approachable.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were buying a mattress for our son's first single bed and we weren't too sure what to look for, but she really helped. Her name was Tobi.

Had seen a sofa bed on line so visited our local store. We were shown how the bed opened up & closed. We decided to buy one, the process was quick & easy, we were given options on delivery day & everything was completed in less than half an hour.

Tobi was absolutely fantastic. Her product knowledge, professionalism and friendliness is exactly the customer service that makes you want to return to the store (Cambridge Beehive).

Helpful and knowledgeable assistants from Cameron. He was great.
