We found the assistant very good with the product knowhow and when we went on the bed to satisfy us with regard to wanting a medium or other mattress.

Plenty of staff to help gave us free coffee while they filled in paperwork their computer. Kind helpful

The salesperson who assisted us, Tobi, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Good all round service

Me and partner were very impressed with the the whole experience. We were greeted by Nafisa who promptly offered us a drink, hot or cold. We then got to try out the Sleepmatch bed which was great. Nafisa then got us a pillow each that she thought would suit us best, and took us round to the beds that came up best suited to us. The first one was quite expensive and out of our price range, so Nafisa offered to show us some cheaper options. After going through all the mattresses, we found one that we liked and decided to go with it. Nafisa then explained the different payment options which was really helpful, she then gave us sometime to ourselves (without us having to ask) to discuss how we’d like to pay. Overall the whole experience was easy, quick, and found exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Nafisa for making it like this, she was very friendly informative and would definitely use Dreams again.

We wanted a new mattress but as there wa so many to choose the assistant Tobi was very helpful with advice needed..

The lady didn't make us hurry at all helped us disited what we was after and help us ever question we asked

Young lady assistant judged her approach well. Gave us as much time as needed to go back and forth between the beds that we had narrowed our choice down to. Expertly sold us the insurance package. Pleased all round and now waiting for delivery 😁
