Nathan and Mark were great salesmen. As soon as I entered the store I was warmly welcomed, offered assistance and even offered a drink. I was particularly impressed when I was left to freely look around and given a pillow to properly gauge the mattresses. As soon as I was ready to make a decision between a few mattresses, Nathan and Mark talked me through the different technologies of the mattresses and how they would support me. I was told about the comfort exchange if in the worst case I picked one which was not suitable I wouldn't be stuck with it and could exchange at a small cost. I was very impressed compared to rival bed stores who I felt were pushy and too target driven. Nathan and Mark were happy enough for me to make my own choices and I appreciated this.

The sales assistant wasn’t over bearing but in hand and very helpful when we required assistance. The Store was peaceful and tidy and well laid out.

Customer advisor Mark was great! Very friendly and chatty and extremely helpful. I came into the store about 10 minutes before closing time to have a browse and he spent almost a full hour after closing time just giving me information on beds and asked me a lot of questions to find me the best deal he could within my price range.
