Brilliant service from Nish! Friendly and knowledgeable!

Went in wanting to buy a bed and mattress. I knew which bed to buy but not the mattress. Paul the shop assistant new his mattresses and explained exactly what was on offer in my price range and comfortability. He also explained all the other options with regards to the bed that I did not know about. More than happy.

Staff were really helpful and had good knowledge of all products. Understood our needs very well and suggested other products that we weren't looking for but would be very useful and we did actually purchase them.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff member who gave us his time generously without being too pushy. Quickly answered questions helping us to narrow down the choices we needed to make and then directing us to the available options. We then felt like we had plenty of time to test the beds without being rushed along or feeling that he had someone else to serve. Plenty of staff around to deal with enquiries and the store was well laid out so that it was easy to narrow down choices so that we were confident with the eventual decision we made. Toilets were clean and the store very child friendly - which was really important with two children under seven - allowing us to spend the necessary time to make our decisions. We were served in a clear professional manner that was informative, relaxed but not pushy. I would recommend the store to others.

Very good service provided by both Hemal and the store manager, with advice given over several visits before purchase and options given for amendments. Tried to provide the best pricing options and accommodate our needs. Would definitely visit again in the future! The only downside was that one of my items was out of stock and there was no known date for when it would come into stock - not the fault of the staff though!

Yesterday I went to the store for a brief look around and Paul, made sure he understood our needs and explained the bed bases and the mattress options. Paul gave me print outs of my options to share with my husband. We went back today so my husband could try the beds himself, Paul took plenty of time to explain all the choices to him, and we selected our bed. He explained the options for the protection plans and the try the bed for 30 days etc. We left the shop feeling we had made a great choice at a great price. Wonderful experience. Thank you Paul.
