Dreams - Ruislip

I have purchased from Dreams before. I went in line and on phone and was advised to go to the store. Happy I did because I think my purchase was better by attending the store.

the female assistant Alexandra was courteous and helpful and saw the transaction through.

We have dealt with dreams before, and have always found the staff really friendly and helpful. Also the quality of dreams products are really good and the prices have always been great. We will certainly use them again when we need to.

The person serving me was very polite and efficient. There was no pressure in buying and the sale was completed within 20 min

The most refreshing part of the experience was the fact that from the moment we entered the store to making a purchase, we were never pressured into making decisions or buying extras we didn't want. The layout of the store was open, making it easier to move around and view different products. The mattresses were all colour-coded which made it very easy to compare them. Overall, the experience was relaxed and we were given time to decide what we wanted.

We met the Hemal the who was at the store with one of our product queries we wanted to buy but was not on show so we were not sure to place the order but he immediately checked on the store website if there is any store where the product is on show. We went to Slough reviewed it and came back to the store, he made us comfortable with the placing of the order and also asked us for any tea coffee as we were running to complete the purchase from Slough and back. He along with the manager made sure they were there till we completed the purchase. They were very friendly. Store to recommend for your purchase.

Paul serverd us and he was very helpful to our needs And friendly

My first visit was only a look to gain a better perception of what bed and mattress I was looking for. We were greeted immediately upon entry to the store by Paul, who offered us drinks, and a seat for my 90 year old Grandad to which he generously appreciated. When Paul returned with the drinks and had finished ensuring the comfort of my Grandad, he turned his attention to me. I explained my needs (budget, preferences), to which Paul responded by showing us a variety of different mattresses and beds to ensure that I was getting the best understanding of what I might need. He was very clear and knowledgable on every product in the store and took extra care to ensure that we both understood the advantages and disadvantages of the products relative to my needs. Upon my second visit, again, we were greeted with the positive smiles of every staff members but more so Paul, the person who had assisted us before. After offering drinks, he asked how he could help. As I was now confident on what I wanted, he took us to the desk whilst keeping conversation flowing through the "boring" payment part, until the process was completed

I was in a wheel chair and was looked after very well. knowledge and experiance of the sales person Paul was very good. will go back again. Kind Regards, Graeme
