Alex was very helpful. Very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about your products. She wasn't pushy, she let us make up our own minds.

We were given great and attentive service from the assistant from start to finish. We received good advice and they did not rush the process or put any pressure on us. The service was friendly and made it a pleasant experience.

Warm greeting, explanation of the system I.e. colour coded pillows. Then given enough time to browse, never felt pressured to purchase.

When we entered the store we did not plan on buying a Tempur mattress nor an Ottoman divan, but things changed when we explored options with Paul your salesperson. On entry into the Ruislip store Paul saved us time immediately by pointing to the different parts of store where bedstead and divan base combinations were displayed. He was able to answer all questions and provide lots of information about the products showed, which greatly influenced us into ultimately spending more money in your Ruislip store (much more than we had initially planned to) when we made the return visit (my wife and I having had time to go away and discuss it together). In between we were in Hayes and visited the Dreams store there, where Bobbie was also friendly and helpful, and trying out the Tempur mattresses again this gave us cause to re-think which of thse Tempur mattresses we would wish to purchase. When we returned to the Ruislip store (en route from somewhere else) we entered with an intention to buy, and Hemant was very pleasant and helpful, too, and provided all remaining information we needed to make the purchase.

Nish and his team were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They provided expert guidance in helping us find a mattress, divan base and mattress pad cover. This is the second mattress and divan base that we have purchased from this Dreams store.
