Alex approached us as we entered the store. We e planned that we wanted toook around. Alex respected our wishes and kept her distance but was always there when we had a question. Alex was very knowledgeable about all the products.

I decided to go to my local store instead of ordering online. Visiting the store was more beneficial as I got to try out the mattresses to my needs as well as order some additional bedroom furniture that I probably wouldn't of order online. The Store Manger Nisha, was very efficient with me and i felt no pressure to buy immediately, however I was happy with the items i chose and bought immediately. Great service, really understands his customers needs

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Alex who was friendly and helpful. She gave us time to browse around by ourselves, but was immediately available to answer any questions we had and make suggestions/recommendations. Alex and Hemal took the time to understand what we were looking for and make recommendations without being pushy and salesy.

The assistant, Alex was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything without being too 'pushy'. She left us alone when necessary and the whole experience was pleasant. She even made a cup of tea for us! Your company should be very proud of her.
