I found the product I bought very satisfied with, especially because of the help of sales lady.

Thank you to Alex for an amazing service. As soon as we entered Alex greeted us and made us feel welcomed - we were specifically looking for very firm beds and she showed us what they have available she offered us tea and coffee which was great. We asked to purchase the mumsnet bed and to up sale Alex showed us the memory foam pillow and the gel pillow. We ended up buying the gel pillow aswell. Once again thank you Alex for making us feel welcomed and offering excellent customer service.

Hemel from the South Ruislip branch has always been fanastic, full of knowledge and speed too. Second time we have been to dreams to order beds and been seen by Hemel.

As soon as we arrived, a member of staff asked us if we needed any help. She immediately started to ask me questions to try and understand our needs and what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable on all the products in store and how they could tend to my needs. On top of that she offered us tea and coffee which was nice. She was not pushy to sell us any specific products and allowed us to make our own decision with ease. She was very friendly and made the order process easy and simple to understand

I came to this store as I have spoken to Nish Patel in the store previously. There is a Dreams store nearer to where I live, but liked the knowledge Nish has and the advise he gave me. The staff made me welcome ,they were friendly , I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a bed
