Alex immediately came over to offer us some help. We explained our needs and she explained the pros and cons of the mattresses that were available within our price range. She was helpful without being pushy. There was also a sale on which helped us find a mattress within our price range.

Hemal took the time to find out what we wanted and talked us through the different options. He was super patient friendly straight to the point when he needed to. We were going to have lunch and think about it as we had been to several stores and were now between 3 options. In the end Hemal answered all question was super helpful despite us changing our mind a few times and the price was great. He said go have a last lie on the bed without your jackets on then do the same with the other options and you'll know which is the best for you. Giving us the right amount of time and space let us figure out what we needed. Perfect support and delighted with the help from him.
