The assistant, Paul, greeted us as we arrived. Gave us space to look around after offering us a coffee and then, when we were ready for help and advice could not have been more helpful, supportive and clear in his advice. It was a totally positive experience in buying a bed, mattress and pillows

Sales person Paul was clear and explained all aspects of the bed I bought. Very helpful polite asked for tea and coffee and pointed me to dire tion on parking on dreamscustomer carpark very helpful on busy Saturday. Read all the instructions through the paperwork clearly. Thank you.

Mr Paul was very helpful, friendly and pleased with the customer service offered. Delivery guys were pleasant. Happy with the mattress and the quality. Overall happy customer.

I was very satisfied with my experience at this Dreams because, Paul the person who dealt with me, made me feel very comfortable, his customer service skills were very satisfactory. The Dreams Store was very clean and tidy, which displays customer care. Paul was very friendly, he explained all the details to me regarding the bed/mattress, which would be suitable for me, as I suffer with Arthritis. Paul allowed me to test the mattress, which I found very comfortable. Then when I was invited to sit to discuss the price etc, Paul offered myself and my sister tea and coffee. Which was a lovely cuppa I may add. Paul showed us great hospitality, and great customer care. This is the reason why I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams.

The reason I gave Highly Satisfield was down to your colleague Alex, she was extremely understanding with regards to my Aunt's problem with her back. She was patience and didn't rush us, Alex left us alone and gave us time to decide which was the most suitable mattress. But when we required extra assistance she was there to help us.

The person serving us was extremely pleasant (as was the tea and coffee he gave us !) and knowledgeable. He answered all our queries quickly and efficiently. Professionalism personified.
