Dreams - Ruislip

On entering the store met by a sales assistant. We had come in yesterday so knew the products we were interested in and did not need their services at that point; however when we wanted to purchase the mattress we were given advice and offered additional products i.e. insurance cover, mattress protector and pillows at discounted prices. We only had a couple of dates that were convenient for delivery to us and spent a while discussing these, one of the dates disappeared and we were looking at other dates - Alex spotted that the best date had reappeared and quickly booked that for us. Overall we received a very good service and will be recommending Dreams at Ruislip Manor to friends and family.

We were served by Manoj who was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and made myself a cup of coffee while we looked at beds. The team in Dreams also assisted us and they were too friendly and helpful to us. Manoj made our overall experience enjoyable and made us feel at ease and that we were in safe hands.

The sales person was extremely friendly and helpful. It was easy and quick.

Hemal and the rest of the team were most helpful and knowlegeable about the products, and were patient with us whilst we took a long time to decide.

We were assisted to find a bed frame we had managed to look online and then find a suitable mattress. We were offered with some great advice from Hemel. We were offered tea/coffee and made to feel very welcome. Hemel was friendly and pleasant during the whole time. He offered us to show different types of mattresses and seemed knowledgeable about the variety at dreams. I particularly liked that there was no pressure to buy a particular mattress and he made it clear that it was a personal choice. Me and my fiancee were very happy with his Hemel's overall manner and assistance during the whole time. He also explained the importance of pillows and offered a to show different types to help. We were impressed by his knowledge about the sleep study Dreams are now involved in. He showed us some apps which study sleep patterns and we thought it was fascinating stuff! As soon as i walked in I got a warm feeling and lovely welcoming feeling and plenty of help.

The man looking after us was accommodating with our request for having our items before christmas for delivery
