From first entering store we were offered assistance from Alex - the correct level of helpfulness and then left to browse without an assistant hovering which is most off putting! All our questions were answered by Alex and then Hemal! We felt that your staff were very knowledgeable on products and procedures and we had confidence in buying from your store due to their level of professionalism!

I visited Dreams Crawley in September 2018 and was utterly appalled with the service and the store. No one came to help or asked if I needed help or even said hello. I left and wouldn't return. Today I returned to Dreams Ruislip and was greeted instantly by Hemal who helped me choose the bed and mattress I was looking for and was very helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. He made it a quick and painless experience and I was in and out with the perfect bed and mattress for me. He wasn't pushy with sales but offered me all the extras that were available. I would return to the clean and friendly store and return for Hemal's customer service. Thank you for all your help!
