Dreams - Ruislip

I found the right product at reasonable price. I felt i paid a little over the budget but then staff gave me assurance to try mattress for 30 nights and can return if not satisfied.

The Sales Person Hemal was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us space to make our decision and came back to us giving relevant advise. His product knowledge was very good. He was polite even offering us tea and coffee. When your buying a high price item as a mattress you need time and space to make your decision. I went to the Ruislip store as last year when I attempted to make this purchase at another store I left as the salesperson was too pushy! I definitely recommend Ruislip store

Excellent Member of Staff present @ Ruislip Branch. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Offered drinks as well why we decided on our purchase. Took time out to assist us with our purchase. Ladies name was Alex.

Staff are very helpful

As soon as we stepped into the Dreams stored in Ruislip, we were greeted and asked about our requirements. We were then shown a selection of mattresses to fit in with our requirements. Manoj, our sales consultant was very helpful, quite knowledgeable and was not forceful with his sales approach. Quite a pleasant surprise bearing in mind we did not intend to visit Dreams as we were out to purchase a mattress elsewhere especially after a bad experience with Dreams High Wycombe many years ago. So well done Manoj!!

Manoj was extremely knowledgeable about all products and gave excellent advice regarding the purchases I made. He gave me time to browse the showroom and at all times was extremely polite.

Excellent customer service

We were very impressed with the attendant serving us, Paul who gave us so much information and really listened to our needs whilst never rushing us or feeling pressured. Great customer service which is hard to find these days!
