We were approached/welcomed as soon as we walked in. I told Hemal what we were looking for as i have a back issue and he made suggestions. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were offered drinks. We were also told about pillows but not pressurised into buying which is good as no one likes a hard sell. We may well come back for them at a later date. Overall a great experience

Spoke to Manoj on the phone and later at the store. At all times he was friendly without being too pushy and gave excellent advice which led directly to our purchase of a Tempur Hybrid Mattress.

Went for a mattress only. Served by Manoj. Products fully explained once we decided on the type of mattress we were looking for. Excellent knowledge of information on different products. Allowed us time to make our minds up. Put up with all my questions.

I visited the Ruislip shop on a week day soon after opening, which was perfect as I was the only customer in the ship and had terrific attention. Being offered tea/coffee was appreciated. The type and pricing of mattress was available and I was able to try it out. The order process went smoothly and on reflection couldn't have been improved upon.

Paul was very friendly and most helpful in finding what we need out of a mattress and the pillows. Most definitely help us in every way.
