I was assisted by Nish the store manager to select a new mattress. Nish was knowledgeable about the products in store and recommended various options based on my requirements. He gave me time to sample each mattress and was never pushy or insistent. When ordering my new mattress Nish explained the T&Cs clearly and highlighted the delivery options/dates that were available. Nish also answered all of my questions very well. I was offered tea or coffee too!. Overall my experience in the Ruislip Manor store was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
