We went in to buy a bed for our daughter, not sure we knew what we wanted and the staff were very kind and patient and selected options for us to consider based on our experiences (and then, when we thought we had made choice) based on what we had chosen showed us another bed that exceeded our expectations but was the same price as our chosen product due to it being on sale.
