Even though Paul assisted me and was great and thorough, I was pleasantly surprised how all staff were very nice and interested in helping despite them knowing it wasn't their sale. I even returned the next day as I was later unsure of my purchase and another lovely chap re-assured me (i wish i remembered his name another manager if it helps) I was kept constantly informed by emails/texts and the delivery was on time and the guys great, tidy and respectful of my home even taking their shoes off without being asked - they even gave me assistance with a headboard i had bought independent of Dreams which i very much appreciated and was able to attach without any problem once they had left. I would definitely recommend Ruislip branch - it was easy and didn't feel like a chain experience, all the staff I met were lovely - hope to be back to buy another mattress soon for a different bed. My whole experience with Dreams was relaxed and informative.I was offered a coffee or tea by Paul the assistant .I declined as just had one but to be offered a drink I thought was a nice approach to customer relations.I was guided through the bed experience which was a super relaxing feeling which lead to Paul showing me around each bed explaining and answering my many questions!.which was extremely important to me as I needed help with choosing the right bed .Which I choose after feeling so comfortable in the care of dreams.

Excellent service, great shop with lots of beds and mattresses on display to see and try. No pressure to buy but I will be back. Knowledgeable and friendly sales person called Hemel. Loved the Sleep-match bed taking all my measurements for the most suitable type of mattress. Thank you.
