I got what I needed and to suit my needs

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they knew exactly what I wanted.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Dealt with in a friendly courteous manner all the way through the transaction. We were asked if we wanted tea/coffee and made to feel at ease and not at all rushed.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant called Paul. Used the special bed to find the right choice for us.

Excellent service, my salesman Hemal and Mustafa were friendly and very helpful, I will back soon to give them my business.

Mustafa was extremely attentive, polite and listened to my concerns. He directed me to the best mattresses to suit my needs, listening to what I wanted from a mattress and did not pressurise me at all. Excellent product knowledge. Very easy to talk to, friendly and a credit to the store. Paul and Nish were also extremely helpful and made the buying process very smooth and easy. Very professional. Store is easy to navigate and well presented. Overall an excellent experience.
