The staff were very attentive, approachable and friendly. The staff I spoke with clearly knew the products well and were able to give good advice relevant to my needs and preferences. They also gave me space when and time the look at the products. The store had everything I was looking for and the overall experience was very pleasant.

We had been to a number of bed shops before arriving at Dreams but felt that this was the place we would make a purchase as soon as Hemal came to help us. The bed matching machine was very relaxing and helpful. We didn’t encounter any problems during the whole process.

Friendly staff good advice for new testing of the bed mattress machine that you have absolutely excellent

The two colleagues, Hemal and Mustafa who assisted me and my mother, we’re instrumental in my purchase of the bed, mattress and pillows. I had originally planned to only observe and enquire the range of beds available to me however the staff told me everything I needed to know, including getting me to try out the mattress machine to determine my most suitable mattress. I ended up making a purchase which I have walked away very happy with, with delivery being in only six days time which I didn’t expect, so that was a big bonus. Great staff, great store and I would highly recommend to others.
