The service in Ruislip Minor branch was excellent. We been served by Manager Nish. This is was our second time to visit this branch we came back after few months as we had a very professional and informative session about beds and mattresses. Thank you

Lisa made the time to understand what we were looking for. She was welcoming and offered us a drink. She then gave us lots of time to try the mattresses to ensure we were happy.

expert , friendly advice given by knowledegable member of staff. Usman talked us through different ideas re mattress and helped us with 'Sleepmatch'.

We were greeted by Paul, who made us a cup of tea, was very patient and explained everything very well. Paul was very friendly and made the whole experience much easier.

Lisa, was such a professional, person... from the moment we entered till we left she gave us her undivided attention and always with a smile. It wasn’t our intention to purchase there and then but we did as was so happy with Lisa “ pleas pass on Well Done “

Usman approached us as we entered the store and was very personable from the outset. He was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about the products instore. He made us feel comfortable and explained all about the Sleep Match machine whilst treating us to tea and coffee. We were impressed by the range of beds and mattresses available and he gave us lots of space and time to try out the mattresses that he felt would be suitable. Usman was actually spot on with his first recommendation, and we purchased this first mattress in store. We did our research and visited other mattress stores to find the best deal, but returned to Usman, not for the price, but because we liked him the most and he didn't try to do a 'hard sell'. The price was also very fair and reasonable.

Sales advisor was knowledgeable and advised of the different range of tempur memory foam mattresses, assisted us in trying out various mattresses before purchasing our tempur cooltouch cloud elite mattress. Would highly recommend to friends and family that are looking for beds / mattresses.

Staff very helpful and listened to what I required. As I am unwell this makes a big difference.
