Dreams - Ruislip

I spoke to Paul on the phone he confirmed my enquiry about mattresses so I went straight to the store where a lovely young lady called Lisa helped me choose the correct mattress for me , she was calm and patient and was good at explaining all the different products in store , I can say how lovely she was even to offering me a drink of water

The assistant - Lisa - was very knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and helpful, even though we took forever deciding! Nothing was too much trouble for her. We also really liked the sleepmatch bed, which helped in our decision making.

Nish Patel was fantastic. This is the 2nd order we have placed with this store and Nish both times we received fantastic service. His knowledge, patience and friendliness was second to none. Many thanks for your assistance. We really did appreciate it and helping us choose our prefect bed and mattress.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy

The assistant Lisa was very polite and courteous. She allowed us time to make a decision. Pushy sales people have a negative affect on me. She gave us space to discuss our options between ourselves while we went back and forth between the mattresses we were choosing between. She was near by to answer our questions and because of her helpful but unobtrusive assistance we made a purchase rather than go away to have a coffee and possibly go to look at another bed shop.

Good service

This was a very emotional huge deal for me as I am moving on from a domestic situation that has left me with nothing! LISA was soooooooo helpful and understanding when I broke into tears in store. She took her time with me, didnt rush me and done it at a speed I could handle and this was after she took her time to take me through the mattresses and spend time on them so I was sure I was picking the right one for my needs. NISH is an excellent store manager, never lost his cool with the system fault that was happening, was also very helpful when it came to me and my circumstances and made sure they all done their best to help me. I am 37 with two kids, this is the first bed I have every purchased in my life so that was also emotional for me, I think they call it adulting lol. PAUL was great in finalling placing my order and the process was very quick. The staff worked together tremendously helping each other out with their customers. I would say this is a great team at Dreams in South Ruislip and I will definitely be going back to purchase my children's beds in the near future.
