Usman from the Ruislip store was brilliant he helped me pick out a bed especially for my needs !

Paul was very friendly,helpful and was very knowledgeable regarding various beds and comfort and we would ask for his advice on any future purchases.

The sales person Nish and Usman at dreams went out of there way to allow me to purchase the bed and provided good knowledge and options on the mattress and provided coffee while waiting for the order to go through.

The dreams assistant was really friendly and knowledgable without putting pressure on us, she gave us all the information and recommendations we needed then left us to decide and browse the choices.

We were served by Usman at the Ruislip branch, who was really helpful. Set us up to do the sleep test, then walked us round the recommended mattresses and explained each one. He was very attentive but also left us alone to try out the mattresses on our own, which was really welcome, nothing worse than having a sales assistance hanging around all the time. We had a nice cup of tea and he was always available to answer any questions. All in all a very positive experience, thanks Usman,

The assistant was perfect. She was very professional, not pushy but gave great advice and had great knowledge. At no point did either my wife or I feel pressured to make a decision from the assistant. She actually made our experience enjoyable.
