The staff member who dealt with our enquiry and purchase was very knowledgable and helpful, resulting in us purchasing a very nice bed and mattress. Would definately recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Friendly approachable staff extremely helpful without being pushy

I was very impressed by the layout within the shop (lots of natural light and ability to move between the beds). I was impressed too by the friendly welcome from the Dream's colleague Lisa. I explained that we were just wanting to get ideas primarily and she let us know that this was fine and that she would assist as far as possible. She offered tea or coffee whilst we discussed our options and also asked us if we would like to try the Sleepmatch system (which we did). From there on we tested the recommended types of mattress and very quickly found one that we both liked swiftly followed by choosing a divan and headboard. I actually enjoyed the whole shopping experience and found it fun. We chose pillows too and discussed the insurance and warranty available and agreed to buy with a delay on the delivery as the need for the new bed etc is because we are having a lot of renovation in the room in question which won't be ready for a number of weeks. I am so glad we went to Dreams which I must admit was our first ever visit and was just going to be one of several retailers we were going to explore (e.g M&S and John Lewis).

Brilliant experience Paul who served us at Ruislip Manor branch was amazing, very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us his time and attention ensuring we get the product that best suits our needs. He offered us tea and coffee which was really kind and hospitable, he calmly took us through each product after understanding what it needs were. At the end we walked out of the branch - happy with the feeling of being treated well. Kudos to Paul from the store

Warm welcome, yet not pounced upon when entering the store. Both staff members very helpdul. We were invited to try the bed that measures both sleepers needs. No hesitation in showing us different mattressses and inviting us to trial their feel. No rushing, no pushing into decision making yet very informative at each stage. The staff member was knowledgeable yet able to allow us to give our thoughts too.
