Sales assistant was Friendly and helpful. Gave us time to look around the store and see what we liked. He gave us details about the bed frame then asked my son questions to get to know what would suit him.

The sales staff were very friendly without being pushy allowing as much time as needed and were helpful in understanding my requirements and hopefully recommending the right mattress (I obviously can’t say for sure until I take delivery and sleep on it)

we were met at the door by paul and then asked if he could help to which he suggested we try your specialist bed to gauge our needs.after the results we were show the beds most suited to our needs and following his advice bought one one of the mattresses recommended.

We were welcomed by a very polite young man called Usma and he was very curtious and made us feel very at ease in our visit and helped us in great detail with our purchase and explained everything to us about the finanace and offered us a beverage to make our visit more comfortable.

Really friendly and explained everything easily to make it easy to make a choice.
